changi naval base is SHIOK and nevertheless i'm still maintaining my fitness.
its like everyday we either swim or run or even do both.
everyday under the hot sun.
so now, i'm gonna look as dark as a nigga!

but besides that, i do abit of swim lessons.
well i realize, for coaching, there's more than it meets the eye.
its not easy to be good at coaching man.

and the cookhouse is 10 times better the sispec's,
its even better then MESS one leh!
and for the first time in my life,
i press GREAT for the survey VERY WILLINGLY.

there's a big difference with army and navy culture.
the ppl at navy are so much more friendlier!
i totally ADORE THEM MAN!

well i'm gonna look forward to the rest of my army life inside =P
8 to 5 instructor, and i get to do my own stuff too!! woot :)
